Our base salary, bonus program and benefits package are comparable to those of Birmingham's largest firms, as are our policies with respect to continuing legal education and bar participation.
We are always interested in exceptional talent. In addition to the qualifications stated above, we prefer candidates with some transactional experience. We also look favorably upon those who have participated in law review or other academically challenging activities.
